Seniors from Elk County Catholic or St. Marys Area High Schools who reside in Bennett’s Valley are eligible for this scholarship. The applicant must demonstrate exemplary participation in school and community activities throughout their high school years. Applications are available through the guidance counselor’s office of each school.
