John M. Jordan Scholarship

This scholarship is for graduating seniors at New Castle Chrysler High School in New Castle, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a B+ GPA. Applicants must have demonstrated a desire to serve, whether it be to the community, to the school, or to individuals; they must also have shown a consistent level of personal integrity and high ethical standards. Generally, the scholarship shall be awarded to high school graduating seniors who plan to attend a four-year college or university. The committee may consider extraordinarily deserving candidates who plan further educational pursuits at institutions other than four-year schools. Candidates who have faced physical or other types of adversity shall be given extra consideration. While not a priority, financial need may be a consideration for this scholarship.
