This scholarship is for residents of Wells County, Indiana, and individuals who are employed at a healthcare facility within Wells County. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been accepted into or enrolled in an accredited Basic RN Program (two- to four-year). High school seniors are not eligible for this scholarship.
