International College Counselors

This scholarship is for students in 9th-11th grade. Applicants must write a 500-word essay answering the following question: You have been invited to talk to the future U.S. Secretary of Education. What would you say? One scholarship will be awarded to a student from Florida, and the other will be awarded to a student from anywhere in the world.
