Applicants must be a graduate of Fountain Central High School and must have lived in the Fountain Central High School District for at least 12 months prior to the application date. Applicant must be accepted as a full-time student at an accredited four-year public or private college or university and must be rank by GPA in the top third of the graduating class. Applicant must be an outstanding athlete who participates in at least two sports and exhibit strong leadership, character and sportsmanship.
