This scholarship is open to all North Vermillion High School seniors who plan to attend a four year college, technical school or junior college. The applicant must live in Vermillion County. A student from Vermillion Township is preferred but not necessary. Active involvement in 4-H and an agricultural background is preferred but not necessary. Consideration is given to the applicant's S.A.T. scores and class rank.
