This scholarship was established in 2008 by advisers of the Cecil G. Marshall Fund honor Guy’s commitment to education. Scholarship is to benefit students from Hawaii attending a college or university in the continental U.S. with the intention to sustain support for scholarship recipients through their four years of their undergraduate education.

For the initial grant, be a high school senior entering college as a freshman (Scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years, but new applicants can only apply if they will be entering college as a freshman during the upcoming academic year).
