Candidate must attend one of the following schools: Illinois Institute of Technology, Morgan State University, Northern Illinois University, Pennsylvania State University, Purdue University at West Lafayette, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Delaware, University of Maryland Baltimore County, University of Maryland College Park.
