This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors at a Charlotte-Mecklenburg public high school To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been participants in the Communities In Schools ThinkCOLLEGE Program, or the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools AVID Program. Applicants must be legal residents of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
