Applicant must be attending Houston Community College and meet the following requirements: Must have completed 24 hours of coursework prior to receiving this award, active in HCC student organizations, attend classes at the HCC Northeast Campus and demonstrate utilization of HCC library services. Applicant must also be a US Citizen or US Resident. Min. GPA Requirement: 2.5 or greater Enrollment Requirement: 6 credit hours per semester.
