Buell Family Endowed Scholarship Fund for Foster Care Students

This scholarship is for graduates who live in Midland and Gladwin County, Michigan and have come out of the foster care system. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend any public university or community college in Michigan as a full-time residential or commuter student. Applicants must maintain a 2.5 GPA and have evidence of completing 40 hours of community service annually.
