This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are living in the home of a parent or legal guardian who is a full-time resident in the Bluebonnet service area and maintains an active Bluebonnet account. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be seeking a vocational certificate in a trade or technical program.
