This scholarship is for students who have a parent or legal guardian who has an active or new account with BankCard Services, with locations across the United States. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be college freshmen as of fall 2013, have and maintain a 2.5 GPA or above, and be eligible for financial aid.
