Archibald Rutledge Scholarship Program

South Carolina State Department of Education

This scholarship is for twelfth grade students enrolled in a public school in South Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a South Carolina college or university, have attended public school in South Carolina for the past two years, and be US citizens. To apply, applicants must submit an original piece within one of the five arts disciplines: creative writing, dance, music, theater, or visual arts. Students must contact their school guidance counselor in order to apply.
