This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Jeannette High School in Jeannette, and Highlands High School in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a vocational or technical school after graduation. Members of the Advisory Committee and their immediate family members are not eligible for this scholarship.
