This scholarship is for high school graduates who are members of the American Paint Horse Association. To qualify, applicants must be APHA or AjPHA members in good standing and involved in horse activity using Paint Horses, or contributing actively to an APHA Regional Club for at least one year prior to and at the time of application. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and never married. Applicants must apply for this scholarship within one year of high school graduation.
