EAB Global, Inc. (“EAB”) is encouraging students to review their schools on Appily.com. In consideration for submitting a review (“Review”), EAB is offering you the chance to win a $500 Amazon Gift Card.
Amazon Gift Card
Any registrant that completes one or more Reviews (“Registrant”) in full compliance with these Appily Review Terms, subject to EAB's verification of Registrant and Registrant's submission, is eligible to win the Amazon Gift Card (“Gift Card Prize”). A single winner (“Winner”) will receive the Gift Card Prize. The awarding of any Gift Card Prize is contingent upon the Registrant’s agreement to be bound by these Appily Review Terms. If the Winner is found to have violated these Appily Review Terms or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the Gift Card Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Registrants understand that EAB is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Review process and acceptance, possession and use of Gift Card Prize. EAB is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration or in the announcement of the Gift Card Prize.
ELIGIBILITY TO WIN GIFT CARD PRIZE: To be eligible to win the Gift Card Prize, you must (i) be a resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (ii) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (iii) complete the Review at least one time. Employees of Appily (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Registrants residing in those areas where the Review program is void may participate in the Review program but may not win any prizes.
REVIEW PERIOD. All Review responses must be received by May 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm EDT to be eligible to receive the Gift Card Prize.
WINNER OF GIFT CARD PRIZE. The Winner of the Gift Card Prize will be notified via the email address used to complete the Review within fourteen (14) days after the winners have been determined. Inability to contact the Winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Winner of the Gift Card Prize (and their parent or legal guardian, if a minor) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner of the Gift Card Prize. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the Winner of the Gift Card Prize.
USE OF REVIEW INFORMATION: All Review responses become the property of Appily. Appily reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Review for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
CONDUCT: All Registrants agree to be bound by these Appily Review Terms. Appily in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these terms.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Review, you agree to release EAB and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. EAB is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the Review is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, EAB may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Review. Entrants further agree to release EAB from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the Review process.
