Originally established as a diploma-granting program from Good Samaritan Hospital, the Linfield College School of Nursing is a nursing education academy in Portland. The Nursing program at Linfield is available as a 2-year and accelerated 15-month program and the college also offers a bachelor’s degree curriculum for registered nurses. To supplement classroom instruction, Linfield partners with Good Samaritan Hospital to offer clinical opportunities for nursing students. Linfield encourages all students to study abroad beginning with their sophomore year and the college pledges to pay for each student’s first round trip flight.
